What actually matters is how you feel on your wedding day. Whether you're relaxed or anxious. Whether you're present with your guests or stressed about the photos. Whether your photographer feels like a friend or a stranger.
What you actually need on your wedding day
Not just a good photographer (that goes without saying). You need:
Someone who gets your vibe
You're not planning a traditional wedding because you're not traditional people. You need a photographer who understands that – who won't try to make you fit a template, who genuinely cares about what matters to you, regardless of what anyone says “should” matter.
Someone who feels like a friend, not a vendor

Creative documentary style
I'm capturing candid stories, looking for creative perspectives and in-between moments. I know when to step in and direct (for portraits), and I know when to disappear (for everything else). I'm not staging your day – I'm documenting it as it unfolds, with an artistic eye.

Timeless colour and black & white style based on the films I used to shoot (and occasionally still do) with in my analogue cameras.
Relaxed portraits with a playful vibe

THE PROCESS

Before you book
Free 30-minute consultation. Do we click? Do our values align? Do you feel comfortable with me? If the answer is yes, brilliant. If not, no hard feelings.
I use a scheduler to limit email tennis shenanigans, and send friendly automated reminders (because wedmin is overwhelming enough).

After booking
I stay in touch with tips & support and as your day approaches I'll send you a questionnaire so I understand what matters most to you on the day. We'll have a final planning call before your wedding so nothing's left to chance.

On your wedding day
An amazing time is had by all :)

After the confetti settles
You'll get sneak peeks in 2-3 days (perfect for thank you cards). Your full gallery arrives within 6 weeks – faster than many photographers because I know you're excited (but long enough that the anticipation is sweet). And then we'll talk about making sure these photos actually live in your life, not gathering dust on a hard drive.
